"My name is Taylor Vogt, and I'm going to turn to here at the Cardinals Law Group. My favorite part about this office is the people that I get to work with, and the clients. I started in 2018 and I was the first employee hired here, and I love the idea that we were going to provide a concierge level of care in the personal injury field.
My mother was a concierge for over two decades in this community, and she definitely taught me what it means to be a concierge, how to listen to people, be attentive and really care about them. My favorite thing dealing with a client, I would say, is the chance to really get to speak with them on the phone. When you hear someone, there is a calming nature to that, and you can really listen and get an idea of what the cadence is and what issues they are having and what the real problem is.
The most important thing, though, is when we leave with the client at the end, that final settlement disbursement, seeing some joy from them or some feeling of, you know, this was a scary, complicated situation. And the idea that we made it better for them, that that means the world to me."
